Privacy Policy
Who we are
For any question about this policy or about your personal data, contact hello@digitalautonomous.co.uk.
For the purposes of data protection law we act as a controller for data you send us directly, and as a processor for personal data we handle inside a client's systems on that client's instructions. Where we act as a processor, our client's own privacy notice governs that data and a written data processing agreement sets out the terms.
What this website collects
- Contact and audit forms. These collect your name, telephone number, email address, company type and whatever you tell us about your business. They reach us by email through a form-relay service that processes the submission on our behalf and uses it for nothing else. We use the details to answer your enquiry and arrange your audit.
- Email you send us. If you email us, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry — legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To provide services to clients — performance of a contract.
- To arrange the audit you asked for — consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the site secure and available — legitimate interests.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Audit request details are kept only for as long as needed to arrange and follow up that audit. A specific retention schedule will be published here once confirmed.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
